The Role
Sadaqat Limited is seeking a seasoned executive leader as Technical Director for Process Management in its Home Processing Mills.
•Lead and govern process management across printing and wet processing operations •Drive process standardization, optimization and continuous improvement •Reduce conversion costs through efficient utilization of chemicals, energy and water •Strengthen quality systems to achieve higher RFT and lower reprocessing rates •Implement automation and advanced process control to improve machine performance •Mentor and develop technical teams and coordinate across departments •Track and report KPIs, with measurable improvements in cost, quality and productivity

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Textile Engineering
- Bachelor 16 Years: Textile Engineering, Textile Processing, Chemistry
20+ years of experience in home textile wet processing, with specialized expertise in thermosol dyeing, rotary and digital printing, bleaching, reactive, pigment and vat dyeing processes
Yarn Dyeing, Knitted and Woven Fabric Processing, Finishing, Process Optimization, Energy Calculations, Heat Recovery, Right-First-Time Quality, Chemical Optimization, Process Automation, Communication
•Textile Processing/ Chemistry preferred •Strong command of steam, gas, electricity, water and thermal energy calculations •Proven ability to deliver measurable results in textile wet processing
