The Role
Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) invites applications for a Digital Solutions Specialist (Grade-8) on contract, to support the design, development and implementation of digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions across government.
•Manage digital initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement •Translate business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows •Prioritize features and enhancements based on user value, organizational objectives and technical feasibility •Collaborate with engineering, design, AI/ ML and QA teams to ensure effective delivery •Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies to improve government operations and public services •Define requirements for AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, document analysis, conversational AI and workflow automation •Evaluate AI-driven solutions for accuracy, usability, reliability and alignment with user needs •Engage with government ministries, departments and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies and coordinate implementation •Participate in Agile ceremonies, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT) and release planning •Define success metrics, gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvements

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration
4 years of experience in digital solutions, technology consulting, business analysis or related roles; experience managing digital initiatives and working with cross-functional technical teams Preferred: Experience with government digital transformation initiatives or large-scale enterprise systems; exposure to AI-powered applications, knowledge management systems or intelligent automation; understanding of data privacy, information security and responsible AI practices
