The Role
A 12-month office-based consultancy with travel in Peshawar to develop and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department's Multi-Year Work Plan (MYWP) 2025-2027, implemented in collaboration with UNICEF.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the MYWP 2025-2027 • Track progress and identify areas of improvement to ensure the MYWP's objectives are achieved through evidence-based decision-making • Provide dedicated technical support to ensure high quality, equitable and inclusive services at school level

5+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Minimum of five years of professional experience in managing large scale programs, monitoring and evaluation, managing upstream policy work, a wide range of data and systems and program implementation of multisectoral projects Preferred: Prior work with or understanding of UN systems and donor-funded programs; working with government departments on large-scale projects; familiarity with the education landscape and policy environment in Pakistan, especially KP
