The Role
Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited is hiring 35+ Branch Managers for Retail Banking to lead branch sales, business development and compliance. Positions are open across all cities, including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Multan.
• Develop and execution of structured sales plans based on sound knowledge of market variables and customers’ needs • Consistent delivery of sales numbers with a view to remain at par with the monthly target • Enhancement of the bank’s image by maintaining a customer friendly and vibrant environment within the branch and close contact with other service providers and external business partners • Business development, through typical activities like, Formulating, implementing/ monitoring of future strategies, sales plans and activities to acquire new customers as well as deepen existing relationships, and aligning these with the business goals • Foster a culture for teamwork through encouraging cross-selling efforts across all channels • Ensure compliance with guidelines specified by regulatory (internal & external) authorities as well as SOPs
