The Role
Pakistan WAPDA Foundation, which runs welfare projects for retired employees and families of deceased employees of WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs and NTDC, requires a Secretary (BPS-19). The appointment is on contract initially for one year, extendable up to 3 years or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
• Assist MD (PWF) in all administrative/ legal/ commercial matters • Act as Secretary of the Foundation • Prepare the agenda of BoD meetings and give notices of such meetings to BoD members • Issue minutes of BoD meetings • Coordinate and implement the decisions and policies of the BoD • Maintain record of all BoD meetings • Perform such functions as may be directed by the BoD • Schedule and arrange quarterly performance review meetings of workshops and petrol pumps and issue their minutes • Formulate rules and regulations for all categories of employees • Conduct correspondence on behalf of PWF • Deal with and process cases of widow grants and marriage grants • Any other responsibility assigned by MD (PWF)

- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
- Master's Degree (16 Years)
- Professional Master's Degree
Four (04) years experience as Manager/ Director or equivalent post in BPS-19 or higher Preferred: Administrative experience
