The Role
Manager (MIS) at Jamshoro Power Company Limited, a state-owned power generation company, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer.
• Formulate and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives and future growth • Lead, mentor and manage IT teams, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation • Oversee the design, development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise information systems • Ensure IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, efficient and scalable • Plan, execute and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and budget compliance • Safeguard organizational data and systems, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity protocols and regulatory requirements • Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource utilization • Develop and enforce policies related to MIS, digital systems and IT governance • Establish and implement the ERP system

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Bachelor's with 10 years, M.Phil/ MS/ Master's with 7 years, or Ph.D. with 5 years of post-qualification experience Preferred: Knowledge of latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Cyber Security, ERP, IT Infrastructure, Leadership, Project Management
