The Role
The Lead/ AM- HR Formal Schools will shape and deliver the HR agenda for TCF's Formal Schools, leading assigned projects across workforce planning and organisation design, the Regional HR operating model, teacher excellence and school succession, and culture and engagement.
• Lead assigned workstreams that contribute to the evolution of the Regional HR structure and operating model • Define role expectations, structure and capacity requirements of Regional HR • Support development of a clear governance framework, accountability and decision rights across the Regional HR model • Support the development and refinement of the end-to-end teacher hiring process • Collaborate on the teacher induction test, interview process and teacher onboarding programme • Contribute to the design of the teacher compensation framework with the Rewards & Compensation team • Contribute to teacher career pathways and school-level succession planning • Support workforce planning and organisation design projects, including school structures and archetypes • Design and oversee reward and recognition programs • Build understanding of the Formal Schools programme through regular school and field visits

- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years)
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience Preferred: • Exposure to HR business partnering, talent management, organisational development or education-sector HR
