The Role
Primary School Principal for the TCF school in Village Barki (near Barki Road), Lahore, responsible for academic and administrative leadership of the school. Morning shift; transportation to and from the location will be provided.
• Promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators • Recruit, develop, support and retain quality teachers through the Teacher Selection process • Develop and implement a school improvement plan • Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and classroom observations • Monitor student performance and conduct term tests and examinations • Organize co-curricular activities, timetable, assembly, library and laboratories • Build relationships with the community and maintain required student strength • Manage staff leaves and attendance, school discipline and school accounts • Ensure maintenance of building, premises and utility services

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, OR 1+ years as Senior Teacher/ Vice Principal/ Principal, OR 1+ years of experience in non-school management
