The Role
The Senior Grants Manager- Livelihood is responsible for overall project implementation at regional level, overseeing projects across the assigned province/ region and districts. The position is based in Islamabad.
• Oversee the effective and timely implementation of projects across the assigned province/ region and districts, ensuring alignment with approved objectives, work plans, donor requirements, and IsDB guidelines • Provide operational guidance to the Grant Management Team, consultants, and Partner Organizations (POs) to ensure quality program delivery • Ensure project assets, services, and interventions are delivered timely and appropriately to eligible beneficiaries, and maintain overall accountability for project interventions, including the performance and compliance of POs • Review POs’ implementation plans, advance requests, financial forecasts, SOEs, annual work plans, and budgets before submission to the Project Director for approval • Monitor project progress against targets and deliverables, identify implementation challenges, and ensure timely corrective actions • Coordinate with support functions, POs, CIs, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project implementation • Ensure timely and quality project reporting in accordance with donor, IsDB, and organizational requirements • Maintain effective linkages with target households and relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, rules, and regulations • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Livestock, Project Management
- Bachelor 16 Years: Statistics, Social Sciences
• Minimum of 10 years of overall field-level experience, including at least 5 years of experience in grants & livelihood asset transfer programmes • Experience of collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
M&E Systems, Data Analysis, Logical Framework Design, Report Writing, Presentation Skills, Team Management, Interpersonal Skills
