The Role
The Deputy Director (Integration) oversees and manages the operational execution of FCERT programs, projects and day-to-day activities at the National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB), coordinating SOC, technical, administrative and support wings.
• Oversee and manage operational execution of FCERT programs, projects, and day-to-day activities in accordance with approved objectives • Ensure effective coordination among SOC, technical, administrative, and support wings for smooth operational functioning • Monitor implementation timelines, service delivery standards, and operational readiness of FCERT facilities and systems • Review operational plans, SOPs, and workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, rules, and directives issued by the competent authority • Supervise operational performance of subordinate units and ensure optimal utilization of resources • Identify operational risks, issues, and dependencies, and propose mitigation measures for timely resolution • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the resolution of operational matters and continuity of services • Prepare periodic operational reports, briefings, and summaries for submission to senior management and higher authorities • Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority related to operational management

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- MS / MPhil: Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- PhD: Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology
• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Information/ Cyber Security/ ICT • Proven experience in managing projects in Information/ Cyber Security/ ICT field in public and private sectors
Cyber Security, Project Management, Operations Management, Risk Management
• International certification in Cyber Security (including CISM, CISSP, ISO27001 or other equivalent) (strongly desired) • Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or other equivalent) (strongly desired)
