The Role

The Assistant Director (Integration) serves as the focal point for coordination and onboarding of participating organizations, systems, and stakeholders with FCERT on a 24/7 basis. Duties are performed on a shift basis.


• Serve as the focal point for coordination and onboarding of participating organizations, systems, and stakeholders on a 24/7 basis • Facilitate onboarding of log sources, systems, and entities in accordance with approved procedures and technical requirements • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely integration, testing, and operational readiness • Maintain records of onboarded entities, systems, and service status • Provide coordination support during incidents and operational activities as required • Ensure effective communication between FCERT, stakeholders, and internal teams during assigned shifts • Prepare status updates, onboarding reports, and correspondence for submission to higher authorities • Perform duties on a shift basis in compliance with approved SOPs and directives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Required Education Level/ Field of Study
  • Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering
  • MS / MPhil: Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security
Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years of recent experience in coordination, onboarding, SOC operations, or related operational roles

Skills

SOC Operations, Incident Handling, Coordination, Stakeholder Onboarding

Required Trainings

• International certification in incident handling and SOC operations, offensive security (strongly desired)

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

• Degree from an HEC-recognized institution
