The Role
The SOC Analyst L3 leads advanced threat analysis and incident response in the NSOC at the National Telecommunication and Information Security Board (NTISB), and mentors L1/ L2 analysts. Two contract positions are available.
• Lead advanced threat analysis and incident response in the NSOC, correlating data from SIEM, SOAR, and TI modules • Mentor L1/ L2 analysts and develop playbooks to reduce MTTR as per PC-1 KPIs • Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews using operational dashboards • Collaborate with sectoral CERTs for national-level threat mitigation • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and report on KPI achievements • Stay updated on advanced persistent threats (APTs) • Other tasks as required to maintain efficient department operations

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- MS / MPhil: Cyber Security, Computer Science
• Minimum of 8 years in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in threat hunting and incident escalation
SIEM Tools, SOAR, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Root Cause Analysis
• Advanced certifications (e.g. GIAC Certified Incident Handler- GCIH, CISSP) (strongly desired)
